Md. Anisur Rahman – B.Sc. Fisheries (Hons.) (BAU); M.S. in Aquaculture (BAU); Post Graduate Diploma in Aquatic Resource Development (Stirling University).
He played a vital role in planning, operating and marketing one of the largest tilapia hatcheries in the country – Spectra-Hexa Namsai Hatchery Ltd. He is a pioneer in popularizing floating fish feed (mega feed) among fish farmers in Bangladesh.
He has over twenty-five years of practical experience working in the hatchery and feed sectors of the fisheries sector. He is the head of administration, marketing and chief coordinator of Niharika Fisheries and Hatcheries.
Dr. Md. Zahirul Islam – B.Sc. Fisheries (Hons.) (BAU); M.S. in Aquaculture (BAU); P.H.D. in Fish Biology and Genetics. He played a vital role in planning, operating and marketing some of the largest tilapia hatcheries in the country – Provita Fish Hatchery Ltd., Fishtech Fish Hatchery Ltd. He has a long and practical experience of twenty-five years working in hatcheries and feeds in the fisheries sector.
He is serving as the chief specialist and overall production coordinator of the hatchery and fish farm of Niharika Fisheries and Hatcheries.
