Niharika Fisheries & Hatcheries is an inbreeding-free high quality fish fry producer operated by experienced and skilled experts who has separate brood development research unit. The first condition for success in fish farming is high quality fry. In Bangladesh hatcheries are producing high quality fry usually from collected broods (mother, father) from Philippines, Thiland, Malaysia. Niharika Fisheries and Hatcheries are using high quality brood collected from Philippines named FAST. Under the leadership of scientist Dr. Zahirul Islam, research is being going on in a unique way to improve the quality of Niharika fry. We have already received the positive results of brood development research conducted according to genetic principles at Niharika Fisheries and Hatcheries.
